  I did contact the seller on this purchase and they told me so sad too bad that the shirt they sold me was missing a FRONT SNAP. They said it was AS IS and explained in the description. I did not see that in the description or in the PICTURE THAT THEY ALSO SAID I should have seen the missing front snap... this is a BAD SELLER. I did not get a refund and I am donating the shirt! QUESS WHAT EBAY... this is my last purchase from you if you cannot make your sellers do the right thing. NOT RIGHT!

  We never told you “too sad, too bad.” The photos clearly showed the missing button, and the item's description noted that it was sold as-is. Additionally, you never opened a claim with eBay, and when eBay requested additional photos, you did not follow through. We cannot issue a refund without an open case, as that is eBay’s policy. If you had followed the proper process, eBay would have reviewed the claim accordingly and denied your claim. We stand by our listing accuracy and transparency.
