  Bought a returned bomber frame, all parts were to be included with frame. Received the frame and parts were missing. Reached out to seller, and they made it right by sending a fresh package of all parts/accessories that would normally be included in an unopened box. Took a few weeks to receive the replacement parts, but they did come through on their promise. The seller put in the effort to make sure they honored the listing and I was satisfied.   I was excited to get this kit after purchasing. it arrived on time and was shipped fast. But unfortunately I did not get to test the product due to my package being stolen off my porch so I contact customer service and they responded right away was super helpful. they were kind and respectful losing your package is very stressful but they did everything to reassure me and were understanding and sent me pictures of the delivery and delivery time and stayed in contact I'll have to try them again.
