    Item was defective out of the box. Item would not power off, kept reverting to the connection mode, and constantly announced the battery level. Squaretrade warranty confirmed the defects and declared it unrepairable. While warranty paid me the base price, I was out time, tax, and shipping. Sennheiser likely knew the item was defective because their refurb testing failed to catch an obvious problem. Will not buy from this seller again. Photos of warranty claim attached.
