To return the item it would cost $15 shipping to China. Which was more than the original shipping price from California. Therefore I told the seller I would settle with a return of $20. The rest of the money would pay for their shipping costs. Seller didn't want to work with me. They offered me $10 if I kept the item. I originally paid $26 for the mp3 player. The customer service is below average and insulting. I will never purchase anything from this company again.
