    great seller!!! was very happy that they imdiatly sent me another as i requested as most just want to refund then you have to reorder item. since our lovely usps obviously lost the first one, it made it half way to me then the tracking just stopped, but the seller imediatley sent another he deserves 10 stars but our postal service a 0, i recieved the scond one fast and quality is great! thanks!!!

    Vendor in China, $20 part drop shipped from a nearby warehouse. Part was INCORRECTLY identified in eBay description and did not fit my car. Seller offered a $6 partial refund. A RETURN was not offered and I really did not want to go through the hassle anyway so I accepted. However the offer was contingent on a GOOD review. I was prepared to give a NEUTRAL review for the attempt but losing $14 for a mistake I DID NOT MAKE to get a $6 refund is EXTORTION. Beware.

    I cannot rate the item as I never received it. After waiting seven days, so much for fast shipping, I tracked the package only to find out the postage was not paid, and the package was not going to be delivered. So, I have to explain to my customer that they are going to have to wait till I can get the part. The seller did respond with a refund. It seems to be getting worse all the time with these Ebay sellers. I am either getting broken or junk parts or not getting anything.
