  This seller is selling false 3-M double-sided tape. I ordered two different sized rolls and received them nearly 2-weeks later only to discover that they were not actually made by 3-M. When I complained, I was offered a 30% refund, which I refused. Had to have eBay get involved and received only a refund for 1-roll. eBay is responsible to insure their sellers deliver what is advertised, but do not. Then us buyers have to jump through their horrible customer service! No more eBay for me!

  After ordering this hat in black, I received an email several days later stating we cannot fulfill your order in black we have to send you a blue one. I said why do you have it listed as black and blue also available and try to ship me the wrong thing? They said that they are blocked by changing settings on their eBay listings, which I don’t believe. I would avoid the seller.

  To start with the posting is very deceiving. The size of the product is not worth the money I paid for. To make matters worse, the order took way too long to arrive over 15 days. It was shipped from Los Angeles Ca. to my location, 4 hours away. I contacted the seller multiple times to get the status of the order only to get empty promises and ridiculous excuses.
