    Some surface scratches. Seller communicates well but be aware I purchased fron U.S address and it was shipped from India. So shipment time is a bit longer. It did arrive in time for the service though. You'll want to air it out for a few days due to extremely strong paint smell. Otherwise I'm happy with the purchase of this urn
