  I should probably give it four stars because it came without the tension spring being tightened, so I was unable to automatically roll it back up🤔. I had to call customer service twice because I couldn't remember what I needed to do after the first call 🤪. Customer service is really great both times. I did have to take it apart to rewind the springs but now that I know what I'm doing it was relatively easy. Packaging was perfect the product seems to be of great quality and it should last me.😎

  It was a well packaged new item and it shipped the same day it was ordered. Shade Pro answered my questions right away too. Same arms and motor as the one that came on the travel trailer. Freak wind storm ruined original ones. I would buy from Shade Pro again much better than Amazon for service and shipping! shipped ups instead of usps like Amazon large items always come damaged when shipped on usps.
