When received the product had the following parts missing: Digital Pens & Digital Pen control system, power supply, USB to PC extra-long cable. Upon notification of the missing parts the seller denied they were missing even though she admitted never having opened the packaging The Freight was more than $250 making significant purchase price for an item that cannot be used.
