The seller included a photo showing the spectrophotometer powering up, and clearly stated it was listed as ‘broken and for parts’ because they weren’t able to test it, which I appreciated for the honesty. I’m familiar with this type of spectrophotometer and knew that, since it has no moving parts, it would likely work if it powered on—and it does!
