Informed seller wasn’t expecting shipping charge. Seller replies 11/13 “We will figure it out…let me get back to you this evening with the details if that’s ok, thanks.” Sent msg to seller 11/15 “Never heard back from you?”. Seller issues refund 11/17. Buyer never requested refund nor received any msgs from Seller after 11/13.
