As a buyer that is all we can do, plus we have to trust the seller. What I received looks NOTHING like the photo as it is the wrong color and wrong texture. I have recipes that require Hidden Valley Ranch and thought (incorrectly) that I had lucked out when I saw the listing on EBAY here in AU. I did contact the seller about the false ad and they blantantly denied any wrong-doing. In her messages, she falsely claimed there were no ingredients listed, then admitted they were faintly visible. Hasn't attempted to use the product and received exactly what she ordered. The differences in appearance are due to lighting and finely ground herbs and pepper, making it darker. Additionally, we don't use bleached crackers like HVR. Ingredients are listed, but the exact recipe (IP) is not included
