  The ornament is beautiful and in near perfect condition. Much better than the pictures in the listing. It was packaged nicely for a safe USPS trip and a good thing it was. USPS shipping time was unacceptable but the seller was great with communicating the ornament's whereabouts as it made its way to me. I would rate this as a perfect A+ transaction for the seller. USPS was at fault here. Thank-you so much!

  The seller shipped these gorgeous earrings in a thin plastic envelope with minimal wrap inside. As a result of this they arrived damaged. I offered to fix them myself if the seller would give a partial refund. Their answer was "no" so they were sent back for a full refund. They fould have saved them selves time, money and a bad review if they had packed them properly to begin with. Naturally, eBay is blocking my photos as well. 🤷

  I do not take or give partial refunds for any reason. Too many buyers falsely report damage to get items cheaper. I gave you free return shipping and a full refund. Please remove revise your negative feedback. You falsely represented shipping, as a jewelry box with cotton and bubble wrap were used.
