  I needed a fan for my Synology DS416 Slim server. I've never replaced a fan before in my life, but apparently all you do is plug the new fan where the old fan was. This seller said they had a fan for a DS416 Slim. I gave this seller money, and they sent the fan. The fan was exactly as described, and plugged in right where it needed to go. I will never forget this vendor as long as I live, and neither will my DS416 Slim! Thank yopu!
