    Dear buyer Regarding the number of packages, the product was indeed sent out in two packages because the batteries cannot be sent together with the chairs We use a cheaper logistics channel for the batteries, so it will be slower. I am sorry to have delayed you for so long. I have communicated with the logistics department and upgraded the delivery channel. I believe that I will not encounter similar problems in the future.     Sending this one back and having some difficulty with supplier over refund first chair ordered by mistake when told the second chair was sold out so both chairs came a week apart boxed up first chair and are waiting for address return label. Will let you know how it turns out.
