  Never received purchased item. Postage/tracking started but item never mailed out. Contacted seller. Seller responded with apology. However, after 7 days the item still hadn’t been mailed out. We allowed more time and awaited item. Finally contacted EBay Support to possibly encourage seller to either mail out item OR communicate with me/cancel sale, etc. CRICKETS… Finally, Ebay Support issued a refund. This was unfortunate because we really wanted the item and it was a great price as well.
