  Bought this product some weeks ago. There was some confusion over the delivery time. The advertisement stated that the item would be delivered in three days. This didn't materialise. As i was going to be away and didn't want my wife to lift the items, I asked for a delayed delivery. This didn't happen. Each box (3 of them), was damaged but contents were ok fortunately. (Courier). Assembly was easy. Shelves look a bit thin to be called heavy duty but are doing the job. Simple to build.

  The boxes arrived wet, muddy and torn. Amazingly all the bits were present except two of the 90* corner connectors. I contacted the company through the ebay system twice but received no response. I found a helpline number on the assembly sheet. Phoned them, the call was answered immediately by a lovely chap who was really helpful. The missing parts arrived today. ***IMPORTANT NOTE*** For replacement of missing parts, use the company's helpline for help, rather than the ebay system. :o)
