Shipping from an adjacent state took longer than expected even though USPS priority mail was used as advertised, but arrived within a week of my ordering it so I can’t complain too much.     The seller posted pictures of this Stanley tumbler set which included a matching flower box & the pictures showed the box in perfect condition BUT when the box arrived it was damaged. The back had a dent in it and there’s actually a hole in the front. I sent the seller a message asking him if he had a another box BUT it took him almost a week to respond & then he shifted the blame on me for some reason which is insulting. This issue has never been fixed and the box wasn’t replaced. What a shame!

    I didn't blame you, that's one heck of a conclusion to draw from my response. I said the box did its job which is protect the product inside of it. I said I would inquire if I can get another box and hadn't heard back yet. Stuff like that doesn't happen overnight and that's irrational to expect it. response time: item received 5 days ago You messaged that day, I responded the next day. Another message 2 days ago which I responded yesterday. You posted the feedback today.

    Difficult transaction. The post office that the seller uses doesn’t seem to be very reliable. Communication was tricky as well. Nonetheless, the seller sent me a second set and refunded for the first one due to troubles. I appreciate their efforts to make things right!
