Seller was very responsive in all communications regarding the mixup and the reshipping. The radio arrived in working order and as advertised. It was well packaged.     The item was not in a new box (or any box) as listed in the title of the post. I only received two ornaments, not four. They were filthy, broken and not the same as in the photo. Was told the other two were coming in another shipment but never got shipping and they never showed. Seller was not helpful at all. Went back and forth quite a bit and kept getting different responses on the status of the two missing. Shop elsewhere.

    Sorry that you are unhappy with your purchase. We do offer free returns with a full refund.When we shipped the package out, we did ship all 4 items at the same time. We never offered to ship you 2 more items. You said that you received four of them and two of them were broken and we offered you a partial refund and you didn't want one, you do have 30 days to return the items and get a full refund. We are so sorry that you are unhappy with your purchase. But we did try to make things right with
