  Item was listed as new but both the pillow insert and cover came with multiple strands of hair on it. The pillow insert also had a few stains. I contacted the seller for a partial refund, as I would not have paid the price I paid for a used pillow and also did not want to deal with having to ship the item back (plus it didn’t sound like I was going to be reimbursed for shipping). Seller rejected my proposal and insisted that the only option was to ship the item back and initiate return process
