  I waited weeks for this to arrive and what arrived looks nothing like what I ordered. The reality looks nothing like the nice photo on eBay! Legs the wrong colour and material. Ottoman made to extremely poor quality. Nothing lines up. Very shoddy! I did not know I was purchasing from China - this is not made clear. After such a long wait and the high price, I am left very disappointed. I have contacted the seller for a returns label and they are now wanting photos. Not good customer care.

  Exactly as described, and thus far has work really well for us on our new born. Would recommend the product for how much it has benefit out son and improve his craddle cap. And would recommend the seller for working with me when I accidently put in our neighbors address. They were able to adjust the destination and it was sent in a timely manner.
