  Because of shipping issues brought about because of tariff concerns movement concerning timing of information flow was nebulous, had a tendency to change and was not clear at first. After contacting the seller my item was not moving through the system as described they immediately made sure this was addressed and contacted me with a description of why this was so, and my package arrived on time.   Shipped fast. This item was packaged better than anything else I've ever bought. The electronic equipment was in a static guard bag and then wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap and secured in a cardboard box. It was exactly as described and th photos with the ad were accurate and gave multiple views. I got think it was fairly priced and I would do business with this seller again.

  I was skeptical to purchase from this seller due to their feedback. And indeed I received the wrong model (IER-M7 instead of IER-M9), but seller responded quickly and issued a generous partial refund as requested. Mistake was handled professionally and fairly. In my case, shipping was not as slow as others made it out to be. I received the package within a timely manner (about a week). Overall positive experience, and I still have a great pair of IEM's to enjoy for a great price. Thank you!

  Got my item as described. Packaging was great. Value on this item wasn't bad it was a good deal price wise, and for shipping it was a little slow but I'm not very picky on shipping times as long as I get my order in one piece (no pun intended lol). I ordered on the 7th, shipping label was created the 12th and it was shipped on the 18th or 19th I then received the item today on the 24th. So overall good experience with the seller. The were kind and quick to answer my questions.

  Item is posted pre-owned. It is in like new condition. All tags in place except chest tag. The wolf was shipped and arrived in two days, packaged extremely well. Seller took additional time to wrap the box with black plastic to prevent the box from getting wet during shipment.   The Lens foot was just as described and even can with the tool to change it! Packaged nicely. Very pleased with all of that. But communication wasn’t very good and shipping took longer than it should have. But for the price of the lens foot though it was worth it. Thanks for the great deal. I would definitely buy from them again.
