  They handled this great! There was a problem (one unit of the 2-pack turned out to be heavily used, not new) -- but the other unit was perfectly new. The 2-pack was a super-good price, so when I reported the problem I suggest only a partial refund (the price was so good, I would have been perfectly happy with only a 25% refund and I told them that). However, they insisted on giving a 100% refund and did not expect me to return anything. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE; I am happy and would buy again.

  We ordered from this Seller on Feb 2nd. We got a cancellation/refund offer the next day. No apology. No explanation. We understand sometimes you get an order and the inventory is not there. Or maybe there was a mistake in the price. Mistakes happen. But at least APOLOGIZE and explain what happened. I would not recommend buying from this Seller.
