By far, one of my worst experiences lately. Sellers has a "shipping problem". Seller attempted to cancel order. Cancel request failed. Seller did not notify me. I assumed it was still on the way. When late, I reached out to Seller and they said they could not ship it and would cancel it. I am not able to cancel it myself. I cannot request a refund, I do not have my item, and I cannot cancel it. Have had no response after two attempts to contact Seller and ask for a refund. Nothing. Terrible.
