  Seller was very unresponsive to question asking for clarification on sizing. Listed items as 8, 9, 10. I asked if the 8 was a 38 as Birkenstock, replied 9. It appeared to me they were confused on European sizing. The photo pictured shows a 38 with softfootbed. I asked if this was the item. No reply. I went ahead and purchased the item. The seller said they would accept the return with me paying for the return. Not very good customer service in my opinion. Il
