  I had a really good experience with this seller! I bought three glass teapots and they were well-packaged; when USPS flubbed the delivery of one of the pots, I reached out to the seller and found them very prompt and courteous, offering a refund for the pot or to ship another. They did the latter and covered the extra, despite that what happened was USPS's fault. I would gladly purchase from this seller again.

  Great seller, item was as described. I would recommend replacing packaging peanuts with another filler to keep items from moving around inside the box, the pan handle punctured the box corner a few times and suffered a couple small dings on the end during shipping.
