  I received the package very quickly however the wrong product was in the bag. I ordered 1 pound Ceylon cinnamon and they sent me a 5 pound bag of jaggery powder. I contacted the seller and said they sent me what I ordered. I sent them the picture to prove my case but obviously that did not help. Just for the record that 5lb bag of jaggery cost àlot more than the little bag of cinnamon I ordered so doing business like that will cost them àlot of money loss.

  The description was complete and accurate. It was packed to arrive without damage. As for speed, I got it 6 days after ordering and paying. That's reasonable. The tracking number was my only frustration. I got the number about the same time as the item.
