I messaged to see if they could alter the address, but since that wasn't possible they worked with me to cancel and re-sell the piece to me again.   (see pic) here is how she sent me a metal *can* of vintage tennis balls....a collectors item...in a paper bag basically. no bubblewrap even. so, it was badly dented. full refund was offered but i had nothing to mail it back in, so had to decline. no partial refund was offered. apologys were made so since it's almost x-mas i left Neutral instead of Neg, which i feel was justified. so if you buy here ask for boxes and bubble mailers or pay the price.
