    Terrible experience! I ordered a trunk mat, but what I received was completely different from the pictures in the listing. I immediately requested a return and refund, sent the item back, and the seller received it. However, I accidentally closed the return case, and after that, the seller completely ignored my messages and refused to issue a refund. I had to contact eBay customer service to finally get my money back. I almost lost both the item and my money! Avoid this seller at all costs.

    We all liveinthe USA and the power from our poutklets is 110, I hve the same pump 110v that failed, I sw this pump and clicked order. I then noticed the 220v descriptor aaaand went to cancel the order and was told I could not cance (done with 2-3 minutes) because the item HAD shipped. I feel that this vendor is not a top notch seller doing what is right for thier customers. I epect the shipping fees to be refunded - am sending unt back today with the shipping label.

    We're very sorry for your bad experience with ebay. We never received a cancellation request from you after you placed the order. We did accept a return request from you but you never returned this item so it was closed by ebay. Most homes in the USA do have 220v for appliances like dryers. Some also have them for pools, hot tubs, etc. In the future be sure to read the full title of items before you purchase. In this case, it was specific in the title of the listing that it is a 220v appliance.
