  Terrible experience! I ordered a trunk mat, but what I received was completely different from the pictures in the listing. I immediately requested a return and refund, sent the item back, and the seller received it. However, I accidentally closed the return case, and after that, the seller completely ignored my messages and refused to issue a refund.
