    I communicate with seller prior to purchase. Seller was asked to please pack item for safe secure arrival. When I picked up the package, it RATTLED. Box had hole on top most likely caused by unsecured lid hitting it. Very little packing material was used to secure item. LUCKILY, roaster & lid were not damaged. Item was as described in listing. And yes, I contacted seller prior to my feedback but seller did not respond.

    Item received is a 1st gen, not system III. Case was broken at the screws. Likely from shipping. Seller said they would refund and do not return unit. Ebay gave the refund because “The seller agreed to issue you a refund, but unfortunately, it looks like it was never sent". Not sure what was going on here. I would be cautious.
