Initially, they offered me a 50% refund, and later, they went above and beyond by offering an 80% refund, which I really appreciated.   The Garrett Pro Pointer order had to be cancelled because the seller was unable to get the metal dectector shipped for an unknown reason. He did keep me posted and reimbursed me for the entire order. It was too bad but he kept me posted and he was honest. I ended up ordering a different metal dectector.
