  Received an email from eBay: "Because you showed interest in this item, the seller sent you this private offer". It was 11% off that prompted me to purchase the item. Shame on me for not checking the pricing more closely when checking out. I later discovered the discount wasn't applied. I contacted the Seller and they basically told me to take it up with eBay. Not worth the trouble for $11, but I feel this was deceptive. I would've been happy to forward the email, but no interest from Seller.
