    I'm sorry to hear that you aren't happy with your order. All items that we sell that come in multiple color/style options are subject to availability. When we have all color options in stock, we do our best to mix & match. However, as the listing you purchased from states, we cannot guarantee stock of a specific color option. Had you requested one of each color we would have communicated that to you. But like I mentioned, the description for this item does make that clear.
