As for our new + improved "3-5 Day, 1st Class Mail"? 7-weekdays (aka, "USPS Business days") + another weekend, arriving Wed Apr 23; but only after another literally last mile USPS "Incident", added another day beyond tracking data. Eventually, it arrived, intact.
