  The item I ordered (AT&T sim card) did not arrive in the window advertised (and not until the time of this post). While USPS may be to blame for this, the seller is still responsible. The seller did refund the money, but I needed the item before an international trip. I chose this seller because it seemed to have a higher reputation among other options.
