    Items were as described, new in box, which were in great condition. Shipping was done via a freight company because they were so heavy (~100lbs each) who called ahead and delivered, as expected. Items were racked and are in service. No surprises. I'd definitely buy from this seller again.

    Item is as described : the item was in its original box as a brand new unit ; upon booting the laptop, the operating system prompted me with the out-of-the-box dialog, as expected of a new unit ; the specs match what was written on the product brief. Item arrived earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. As for seller communication, I cannot really comment upon it, for I did not make any attempts to contact the seller. Overall a satisfactory experience
