The packaging of the materials was very professional, and all the materials were in great condition. The package included add'l cables and operator which I greatly appreciate.     What a wonderful seller. Everything went great until UPS got their hands on the package. This is where the nightmare began(sigh). Day of delivery they somehow couldn't read the label (they reach out to me) and when I tried to reach out to them(a few hours later) they stated that the package had to returned back to the sender. Sender finally received the package back and stated the they would issue a refund cause package had been severely beaten up and the contents were probably damaged. Thank U.
