  Seller advertised condition as new. Item box inside shipping pkg was badly crushed , and had been opened. Seller had placed an unsolicited item inside the box but the mounting screws to hang the keypad were missing from the box, just the empty bag for the screws remained. Seller was quick to respond, however, apparently had difficulty understanding my complaint. Seller offered solution of asking me to purchase screws on my own, sending me two screws, or returning item.

  The item was packaged that very careful and cannot control it during transport by carrier. The package was torn and lost 2 small screws, unaffected to the Garage Keyless Door Entry Keypad. The seller has offered many favorable solutions for the buyer.
