I had ordered an owners manual for my granddaughter’s 2006 Toyota Corolla and when I placed the order I had not directed the seller to ship it directly to my granddaughter. I contacted the seller after the purchased and requested that he mail the owners manual directly to my granddaughter at another address. The seller did so with a question. The manual was shipped and received in a more than reasonable time. Thank you seller for your complete cooperation.

    Very poor quality .. nothing proof its OEM item, the product delievered in damaged box and broken plastic seal .. no LR part number included at any where Is not delivered in original box as shown in the description of item Price is very expensive it is not the original part and at delivery i have been charged amount again Very disappointed

    These lug nuts are 100% Genuine Land Rover and sent via USPS Priority Mail, so they are guaranteed to arrive to the buyer in perfect condition within 2-3 days. Proof is available upon request. This particular package was mishandled by eBay. We sent these Genuine 100% Land Rover Lug Nuts via USPS Priority Mail like usual, but eBay poorly repackaged them for international shipment, which is why they arrived in horrible condition. This is eBay's fault not ours. Our lug nuts are perfect.
