    Terrible! First negative review I've left in the 19 years I've been on eBay. I take feedback very seriously. Item was listed as "new". Upon opening the box, I was met with literal dirt snd leaves. The item was covered in dirt so much, i didn't even realize it was broken when i initially requested a refund. I sent a total of 5 ot 6 messages w/ photos, but i was ignored. It took a week of me calling ebay, submitting complaints and then waiting, Ebay did step in and refund me. Avoid this seller!

    Good price but if you need it soon better look elsewhere . Took over a week to get here and the package looks like it went through a war zone . I know this is probably the usps fault and not the seller but shipping is included in the review so had to air it out . Filters look ok and should work fine though . I will probably purchase from them again and see how it turns out before bailing on them , maybe use ups instead of the usps . Thank you .

    I am writing because I am confused about the feedback I received. I shipped the item as brand new and SEALED, making it impossible for any replacement to have occurred within a sealed package. Additionally, I never received ANY communication regarding the item's condition, which makes the claim that I replaced the item unfounded. I am wondering why you didn't even bother to ask for a refund if that was the case.

    Ordered 2 filters one was new still in plastic bag but the other was broken and just the paper element was in the box,plastic frame not there, appeared to be shipped that way. Complained about it and got refund for one
