  The pliers were supposed to come with 300 clips. I did not receive clips. Seller said they were shipped with the packaged. I did not receive any clip. The package arrived from Amazon so I believe the seller bought it from Amazon and had it shipped to me. he never seen the item he was selling so he would not Know. I reached out to the seller 3 times and he refuses to resolve the issue and has quit communicating with me. Seller is a dishonest lying person who is not to be trusted
