    I got a left "Ctrl" key for my Lenovo P50 laptop. The item is exactly as described, and the communication was superb and prompt. I really appreciated the seller resending the item promptly when I didn’t receive it the first time due to postal issues. As someone in the US, the shipping cost and time weren’t ideal, which is why I left lower ratings for those categories. But that’s beyond the seller’s control. Overall, I had a positive experience and would buy from this seller again if needed.

    Très bonne communication avec le vendeur. De plus a touche que je souhaitais n’étais pas disponible et le vendeur s’est démené pour me proposer qqc s’y approchant, puis au dernier moment la touche qu’il me fallait a été trouvée par le vendeur ! Alors que je ne la trouvais nul part. Je remercie grandement ce vendeur afin d’avoir tout mis en œuvre pour trouver la touche qu’il me fallait.
