    I have ordered from this seller before - always perfect. It’s good to know that there are replacement parts available for cassette decks. I recently purchased a technic double deck RS TR535 from glbe-7459 and also had a very positive experience with the obvious care that was taken in packing and shipping. The item worked exactly as described, clean as new, a bargain & loaded with features.. Each of these sellers, I would not hesitate to purchase again.

    Seller printed a label but never gave the item to USPS, then lied by blaming them for the delay. Tracking showed it was never scanned or accepted at any point. From the time payment was made, there was no communication at all until I reached out five days later. Shipping was overpriced and completely pointless if the item isn't shipped in a timely manner. Price for the belt was not justified either. I ended up canceling. A dishonest experience with a seller who showed zero interest in resolving

    Seller worked with me to get my order correct. The first belts sent were the wrong size due to conflicting information. Seller responded quickly and worked with me to figured out the correct sizes needed. Once that was figured out, seller sent me a replacement set to replace the incorrect sizes. New belts were perfect. Tape deck is up and running again. Thanks!
