  My Eb alto Saxaphone gold mouthpiece has NOT ARRIVED even though your text message says it has arrived! Two packages have arrived (in a fashion). A Saxaphone repair kit was left on the steps behind my house and a package containing instrument 2 mini bottles of valve oil were wedged into my back door letterbox. Neither package contained any paperwork !!! The Yanagisawa Gold Alto Sax Mouthpiece is EXPENSIVE! WHERE IS IT?

  Wrong mouthpiece, asked for baritone got an alto. Not so bad an item, but wrong. Arrived promptly but needed a return label and tried to use it, post office refused. Tried to organise return and seller offers small amount of refund and asks me to keep item, which I have told them is of no use to me.
