    I'm very pleased with my experience getting this Thinkpad T580 from SJ Computers LLC. It was packed excellently and shipped promptly. The item was as described - other than one issue (now resolved). The only issue: one of the batteries had 12% health and wouldn't charge. The price was okay even with a dead battery so my only complaint was with the item description. It was likely an honest error and the seller was responsive in issuing a $10 refund. A used (larger capacity) battery cost me $40.

Everything is as described and came with information to give you sellers phone number to call if you need any help during setup. Impressive. Great job guys. Only knock i can give is a few scratches on the base of the monitor stand. But hey. Its refurbished and the price was right. I get it.
