    I'm very pleased with my experience getting this Thinkpad T580 from SJ Computers LLC. It was packed excellently and shipped promptly. The item was as described - other than one issue (now resolved). The only issue: one of the batteries had 12% health and wouldn't charge. The price was okay even with a dead battery so my only complaint was with the item description. It was likely an honest error and the seller was responsive in issuing a $10 refund. A used (larger capacity) battery cost me $40.

Only difference was the picture showed a think station, received a think centre. Received everything as ordered. Very easy to setup. Dealer usually answers questions within 24 hours.     Blazing fast shipping! Way better than Amazon! Computer came meticulously packaged for protection during transit. Props on that. Everything is as described and came with information to give you sellers phone number to call if you need any help during setup. Impressive. Great job guys. Only knock i can give is a few scratches on the base of the monitor stand. But hey. Its refurbished and the price was right. I get it.

Although I stuck with what I chose, and didn’t get what I thought my son wanted (which was a ooops on me) everything was as described, brand new, packaged so well, and perfect really.
