The box was torn so it had scraped some of the stickers off the handle bar pole and there were scratches on one of the foot pads. It wasn’t worth complaining about as the scooter still rode absolutely fine. My 9 year old absolutely loves it and hasn’t stopped riding it since it arrived. Fairly easy to put together, needs a bit of adjustment with the handlebars but doable. Great service. Great company
