    Damaged item was received. I believe I was given a returned item. big chip and scratches in paint. The chip looked like it had been there a while; not something that happened during shipping. Would not have been a big deal had I known but the description did not mention anything. Reached out to seller to try and make it right but no response from him/her after almost a week. Not happy with seller and will avoid for next time

    customer was sent a brand new bar in the factory packaging. customer waits over a week after delivery saying we sent them a used bar and they want a 30% discount
