    I messaged first to be sure all 3 pieces were included and was assured they were. They sent only 1 piece. Useless! Will refund but I have to re-package and drive to town to drop off at a ups store, not worth the hassle. Listing is STILL posted showing all 3 pieces, don't fall for it. Won't be back.

    Apologies for the confusion! There was a mix-up caused by a new team member, and we really appreciate your understanding. Regarding the distance, it’s about 3 to 4 miles. No need to repackage anything. The listing is still active, but we've now added more info so it’s clear it’s just for the down bar from here on out.
